An existing building in poor condition was demolished to make way for this fine countryside home by the shores of lough derg at killaloe. The build was block construction and concrete floors with alu clad sliding sash windows. heating is by geothermal with vertical bore holes.The rear patio has a beautiful roof overhang with decorative ironwork pillars.
